Sigh , I feel so blue today

I feel like I am an Alien in this world , that their is no place I feel accepted enough in ,a place that I can call home . In a long time I did not have the urge to break down and cry , today I feel that urge.

sorry for venting , you probably don't need to be bummed out.

9. Sometimes giving in to the urge to cry is the best thing you can do

Seriously...it purges a lot of what we've been holding in and gets us on a much firmer footing to turn things around.

I don't know what you're going through or what is making you blue, but I can share that in the last year and a half, I've hurt more than I have in all of the previous years of my life combined.

And the friends I love and who love me in return have consistently told me one thing:

"You are not alone."

That may not help you right now, but it's helped me. Not immediately...many times I've had friends say that to me and my immediate reaction is "yeah, right."

But I can't even imagine where I would be right now if it weren't for my friends.

Cry if you need to.

It's OK. We have your back.
