1. Love the shot,
but that's quite bright postwork there.

Ever played around with HDR?

2. No, I just have a series of "recipes" I use in Photoshop...
...bouncing back and forth between native filters, third party plug-ins, and layer blending.

That one did come out a bit bright for my liking...sometimes I'll spank it in Photoshop to the point where it just looks "off," and that's part of the attitude behind that particular shot.

3. Beautiful photo, but it looks really painful to eat. Ouch.
That is another restaurant shot, right?

"Our special today is Lakeview Cemetary. It's filling, but chock full of colon cleansing ruffage."

Seriously, though - I like what you did with the filters and playing around.

4. I was reminiscing about the time I shot a roll of infrared color fim, years ago...
...I have a couple of filters that emulate that. I also used to be a fan of Xerox art, just making photocopies of hand-colored photo copies endlessly until they looked like a mess but had real attitude. So this was kind of a mash-up of both.

8. Thanks CP...
...I have a few more shots left. I want to do something different with each and post them here one at a time.

6. I see you miss Fujifilm quite a bit.
Just kidding-- it's actually very cool in an eerie sort of way. :headbang:

7. I was aiming for "very cool in an eerie sort of way!"...
...and I have a traditional Pentax camera loaded with Fuji film...since it was the ONLY slide film carried by San Jose Camera...ready and waiting for a future photo safari.

When I bought the roll I asked "Is that ALL you have?" and the clerk said "Yes" and I said "Well...thank God for Photoshop."
