Anybody Remember Mr. Wilson from the "Dennis the Menance" Cartoons?
As I get older, I sympathize more and more with Mr. Wilson. He was a homeowner and retiree who just wanted to live in peace, and that brat kid kept harrassing him.

4. According to Wiki, Mr. Wilson Was A Retired Postal Carrier
Spent his entire career on his feet. Now, he's looking to settle down.

3. Oh Mr. Willllllllllllllllllllllllllll son.... Our neighborhood does not
have many small children, only 2 who rarely come out, and it makes our street seem a 'dead zone' to me. I'm 54, approaching retirement, but I'd like to see some children and some life.

it's amazing how children respond when you develop good rapport with them instead of treating them like sheer annoyances

8. These days it seems like the kids are the only opening for getting to know the neighbors.
