Calling any DU GM techs

...do any of you have any idea how to change the bulbs on the vanity mirror on a '97 Suburban/Blazer/Tahoe?

I couldn't get either bulb to budge and one of the SOBs broke on me. :mad:

1. Is there a slot on the front or side of the bulb...

that may contain a retaining clip?

2. The bulb is in a plastic housing.

The housing has a hole in it. This allows the plastic housing to be snapped on to a tiny plastic post. As near as I can tell, there are no slots or splits, but I've missed stuff before.

5. go to the Auto zone website and plug in your vehicle to their do-it-yourself section

then look around - I have to go do something - if you don't find it I'll help a little later

I'm having connection problems tonight (lines are wet from our big 9/100 inch of rain:eyes: ) so can't get very far looking around...
