1. Sadly, I remember watching it when it was originally broadcast!
You should also search for the SNL sketch in which '60s counterculture people turn into neo-conservative Reagan voters in a parody of Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

2. I can't believe I missed that when it aired
I watched the hell out of Fridays and I was a total RHPS nerd back then. Huh.
