I remember Alice. I'm assuming that she actually died. Sad. Back when I was watching, Alice and Tom were the grandparents, and I remember thinking that the following generations that existed were more numerous than would be possible in real life. And this was in the '80s... John and Bill must be pretty old at this point, if they're even still with us. Thanks for posting. Lovely pix. :(

2. She was my favourite person on that show. She had such integrity through

all of that drama.

3. Sheesh! She must be a million years old! She was old when I saw her on the show

when I was a kid in the 70's. (My mom watched the show.) Plus she did some character acting for other tv shows of the time. Always played a grandmother.
