7. The step monster

She is plotting to put my father in a nursing home. Meanwhile, she has told us (all of my sisters and I) we can no longer call him-- he will call us once per week. Each time she does something worse than the last. It's a difficult spot we're all in. I truly wish he'd learn to stand up for himself. It's unbelievable... all the way around.
