5. I wanted to start watching the show

but they only have season 2 OnDemand. Last summer, I watched the first 3 seasons of Dexter before season 4 started and now it's my favorite show. Oh well...maybe I'll get the DVDs sometime.

6. I just finished the book "Club Dead" which, I assume, is

supposed to be season 3 and I am curious as hell to see how close the show follows the book and if the show will have the "famous person" who was turned into a vampire like the book did. I know the books I have read so far differ from seasons 1 and 2.

9. They've already said Bubba will not be in the show.

I have mixed feelings about this. I think he'd be too campy on film. I also have mixed feelings about their casting. I *hate* what they did with the queen.

I just happened to have the first 8 books laying around and read the first three. they are quick and easy reads in between my usual stuff.
