Polish Stir Fry...
Get some smoked turkey Kielbasa, some green and red peppers, a little panchetta, some cabbage, a little Garlic, some heat spices, a little vinegar, some carrots, Onions and garlic...

Build the base EVO, Panchetta, Garlic and onion.

Add the heat spices of your choose...
(I use this squeeze tube of stuff that is hot pepper based. I found it in the produce aisle.)

Slice the sausage up and then add the meat and saute it all up adding the peppers after about 2 minutes...

Next, add the cabbage and keep moving every thing around.

Sprinkle a little vinegar over the top and continue to toss around for about 5 more minutes, don't let the cabbage or the the peppers get to limp...

Dish it out and man o man is it good...

4. Yummy. Will forward to my daughter.
I make something similar - cabbage, onions,caraway seeds, kielbasa - sautee. When done serve over noodles.
