when everybody in the world knows & sees what truly happened it's time to institute instant replay

5. I think in rare cases like this one there should be instant replay
I could see the instant replay getting overused. Maybe if they implemented a rule where the team that wants the instant replay wants it and loses their appeal they get an out.
