My grandfather, one of the greatest men I have ever known passed away.
This morning, my grandpa, at 92, passed on peacefully. He flew planes in World War II, worked at Yellowstone in its first years as a National Park and told us stories of growing up before electricity was in the homes. He lived through the Great Depression, and was married for 66 years to my still living grandmother.

He had the most positive disposition of anyone I've known. I literally never heard him say a derogatory word about another person. He saw the world with absolute wonder, amazement and awe. He taught me that it was no only ok, but important to always ask questions.

He was dearly loved and will be dearly missed.

It was a great run, and yet still it ended too soon.
