Women who look better with short hair: Sharon Stone, Audrey Hepburn

Just an observation; saw Sharon Stone with long hair on the cover of More magazine -- I think she looks much better with short hair; so, IMO, did Audrey Hepburn. The hair somehow takes away or detracts from their lovely bone structure.

And maybe as a corollary, men who look better with long hair?

Not trying to stereotype anyone about gender roles or acceptable looks ...

yes, I once knew someone who went to high school with her in NW Pa.; she called her "Sherry"! She never introduced us, though... :(
