Take 1 big chicken breast, cut it into strips
Take one egg, beat it and add a little of whatever you're drinking, milk and salt
Take flour. I like to add a touch of masa to the flour mix, but that's just me. Add 1/8 tsp of baking powder. Add a little Mexican Oregano, Salt, Garlic powder and onion salt. Mix.
Take a pot, fill it about 3/4 of an inch high with oil. Heat.
------------------
Dip the strips in the egg, let it set for a while, then dip in the flour mix. Dust it so it's covered and then add to the hot oil.
Do this for every strip.
------------------
While you do this, preheat your toaster oven to 400.
After you are done, put them on the toaster oven pan, and coat them in a 1/2 part Teryaki sauce, 1/2 part honey. Mix and baste the fried fingers with this stuff.
After basting all, put it in the oven, and let it roast. If you want to speed it up, set it to broil BUT WATCH THE FINGERS. Soon it will all bubble together in soy-batter-honey goodness.
