I guess I should go get ready for class so I can stave off the boredom with class. But the class is taught by someone I'm smarter than. I just don't understand how someone could get a job as a professor at a college when they can't even use proper grammar, or know anything about the classes they teach. God, it's pathetic. AND THEY'VE INVITED HER FOR ANOTHER YEAR!!

2. She's in the Criminal Justice Department...

She teaches a seminar on the criminal mind, the class I have with her. It really should be taught by someone who has a psychology background. She's also responsible for Research Methods, Statistics for Social Sciences, and miscellaneous sociology classes. I tried to take her statistics class. That was a big mistake. She had no fucking clue what she was doing. We'd ask questions and she'd be all defensive and tell us we should be paying attention. I said, Paying attention to what? You trying to figure out what the hell you're doing? I dropped the class that day. Can you see now why I can't wait to graduate?

I don't remember having any idiot professors in college, but I had some idiot teachers in high school and at least one idiot professor in law school. It really sucks being stuck in a classroom run by somebody who doesn't know what they're doing.

I'm going to drop it and take it as a real class. I wasn't informed beforehand that it was a self paced class, and I'm not good at classes where there aren't due dates and someone kicking my ass.

It wasw graded pass/fail, but it was a four credit hour English class that I needed for my major. I had the opposite experience in that class: I enjoyed it. But I know what you mean about having a set schedule that you need to adhere to. Nothing gets me motivated to get the job done like a deadline.
