Boston Legal is a pretty good show
I just started watching it recently. Alan Shore is a 'damn the torpedoes' type of liberal, I think we could use more like him.

I had a friend recommending it for a coupla years before I finally
checked it out. Great writing and great straight-faced ODDball
characters.

2. It's one of my favorite TV shows ever
I still wish it hadn't been canceled--I haven't found something I like as much since. :(

4. It aired from 2004-2008
Alan Shore and Denny Crane were introduced on The Practice and BL was built around them after The Practice ended.

It's most definitely worth checking out. Shatner and Spader were great together. :)
