My top #5 would be (in no particular order):

1.) Talking Heads
2.) Electric Light Orchestra
3.) Queen
4.) Led Zeppelin (I'd be happy to see the 3 original members with Jason)
5.) The Beatles
6.) Pink Floyd

WHat's your 5?

I had to add Pink Floyd. I've seen Roger Waters 3 times and I would love to see him back with David Gilmour.

1. The Who, Led Zeppelin, Uncle Tupelo (again), Woody Guthrie, and...hmmm...maybe some old blues
singers who aren't performing for a record or for white people. I'd love to hear Robert Johnson with a hollering crowd, or Blind Willie Johnson, which was probably spooky as all hell.

15. Some of the bands exist, but not in their original configurations
1). The Mick Taylor Rolling Stones, from the Sticky Fingers / Exile era

2). The ORIGINAL Who

3). Poco...the Richie Furay / Paul Cotton / Timothy B. Schmidt / George Grantham lineup, up to and including "Crazy Eyes," Furay's last album

4). The Frank Zappa "Bongo Fury" band, which I actually DID see in concert

5). Buffalo Springfield

6). The pre-"Bark" Jefferson Airplane, preferably the "Volunteers / Woodstock" era

7). The ORIGINAL Quicksilver Messenger Service, PRIOR TO Dino Valente's return to the band

8). The "Skull & Roses" Grateful Dead

9). The "hope we passed the audition" Beatles rooftop show

OOPS that's nine, not 5-6. My bad.
