3. Mythbusters is chiefly interested in the science of blowing shit up.
And as was mentioned previously, even that is better than Discovery Channel's usual ghosts/reincarnation/Nostradamus crap.

Mythbusters to me is useless. Again just not science, but ridiculous sensationalism. I have never seen them come up with any idea of any value whatsoever, and certainly nothing that interested me.
I would categorize it with cage wrestling.
