I remember how excited we were when our offer was accepted. ours was the 2nd lowest but the owner liked us.

Last year when my brother & I sold our family house we accepted the least "secure" bid, meaning the buyers got put the least amount they cold down for FHA financing which our agent poo-pooed. our buyers were first home buyers with a 3 year old daughter and seemed like they needed a break.

The neighbors love the new owners. I hope you guys are happy in your new neighborhood

"I knew we'd get it you silly bitch, I'll call you when I'm more awake" (in his defense, he worked from 6am - 2pm, but still, ANIMATE or something, geez! :P )
