New baby puppy!! (Pics inside but they aren't very good.)
I am so lame with a camera. :eyes:

Anyway, one of the girls at work brought two puppies with her today. I never did see the other one because someone else adopted it right away and took it home. I enlisted many more than willing babysitters through the day as I can't have her in my department.

No name yet. I'm waiting on the husband to name her.

Her sisters checking her out:

3. They're pretty leary of her.
If she comes near when she's exploring the house, they back away. But, yeah, we'll keep an eye on them.

She won't be happy for awhile with a new roommate.

The puppy is really cute.

6. There are two different cats and another adult dog.
The dog stays outside (terrified of coming in the house for some reason.) The cats pretty much keep their distance when she's ambling around.

7. My cats hated my puppy when I brought her home.
My puppy was only 2 months old and had to learn to leave the cats alone.

She learned the hard way.

9. They'll just have to work it out, I guess.
Achieve a little detente. LOL I'm glad it's a Friday so we have the weekend for everyone to start making the adjustment.

Someone else got a double cheeseburger to make her more amenable to the new addition. ;)

We also have a new puppy! She has gone from a cute little snuggle bug to a baby piranha in one week! She is biting and chewing on everything in sight! She is 12 weeks old. How old is your little one? She looks very tiny.

Our older dogs are NOT pleased with the new arrival.

10. Ours is just six weeks, I think she said, and newly weaned.
She is very small but eats like a freakin' vacuum cleaner. LOL She had a long hard day and is pretty crapped out. She ain't gonna be happy when I wake her up to go outside one more time.

What kind is your dog? What did you name her?

She was running around the living room, or what passes for running on those little legs, more like a clumsy lope, and chasing Lucy the grayish cat. Lucy kept running from her. She just wanted to play. Lena the orange kitteh keeps her distance pretty much. They consider her safe enough to check out if she's sleeping, which right now is quite a lot. LOL

 to you and Lyric. :hi:

when she's trained. Kittehs are so much easier in that area. We're taking her outside very frequently and using positive reinforcement. She's pretty good about whining when she needs to go out.
