5. Depends,
If you're in a math class and the teacher says "Show you're work" then, no, you're not right and you'll only get partial credit.

If you're taking a multiple guess test and are not required to show your work, then yes, you're right.

And, in reality, life is more like the multiple guess test. It's the end result that matters, not how you got there - as much as we may wish it were different.
