Steamed crab legs suck ass...

Cooked them on the grill for the first time and never again will have them steamed...

What a difference, no butter or dipping sauce needed

Just coat them with olive oil and throw on the grill about 4 min on each side....Yummy...now wife says never again steamed- I have to grill them for life :)

1. If you get them as legs and they're red, they're ready to eat

Crab shells turn red when cooked, so all you're really doing is heating them up. When you steam them, you're also pulling all the flavor out.

Then again, there is no meat/seafood/poultry item that can't be improved by grilling it, so go for it!

Worst thing: A pressman I know cooks live lobsters in a microwave. He runs a butcher knife through their heads to make them dead, then nukes them. I didn't ask for how long.
