I have foot issues
I love warm weather. I love being outside, but there is one thing I cannot stand - dirty feet.

Okay, I'm talking about mine. I love sandals but I always feel that my feet are dirty. It seems like I can feel every grain of sand that lands on my shoes.

I want to get a pedicure every week! Is there a name for this condition?

1. How about relaxing soaking? For awhile I did this regularly and it was refreshing
After trying different plastic containers---round, square---I settled on mechanic's oil pan: It's flat bottomed, has a spout with cap to dump the last drop on the plants nearest the door, and it's got a slosh-proof ridge/rim around the top. The soaps/powders designed for this didn't seem to be different from regular soap, so I started using anti-bacterial dishwater liquid. Haven't done it in awhile, but it can be a multi-task while 'putering, t.v.-ing, music...

2. I did that last night
used some mint lavender sea salt scrub. Feel good for a while, but now this morning feel grungy again.

I like to make my rounds of my yard early in the morning. I have a big veggie garden and lots of flowers. Guess I'll have to wear thick socks with my slip on sandals.

I was deployed to Kuwait a couple of times and I always admired how the people kept their feet so clean in that dusty environment. They all wore thick sandals. I guess its that cleaning 5 times a day that helps!
