4. When you are waiting at a stop sign to make a left turn into oncoming traffic...

...and it is clear, except for that ONE CAR coming up on your left, who seems to be going slower and slower as they approach you, and when they get to the intersection, they make the right turn without a signal, so you got to sit there for nothing.

That's the ultimate in douchery, and in Silicon Valley, it happens ALL THE TIME.
