What an incredible game. Both teams worked their asses off. I went from rooting for the U.S. to rooting for Canada. I figure a loss in that game would be like the US losing the World Series.

I'm certainly no expert...but they're really moving fast, the puck is changing hands all the time and the shots on goal keep coming every few seconds, it seems.
It'll be a sad loss, but an honorable one for whoever loses. (I know, good sports are really boring and full of it.

It's the more fun mindset to take into something like that in any case. I don't follow hockey much aside from Olympic hockey and I've always enjoyed watching the skill level in the final matches, regardless of who comes out on top.

(Of course, my ideal Olympic gold medal game would be, say, 5-4 with the last goal scored in the last second, with no particular interest in who won. That'd feel properly Olympian to me.)
