1. Open an account at a photo hosting site.
This is easy and free. Then upload your pictures to that site, which will assign a URL to each one. Paste the URL from your picture in your post, et voila: your picture will appear.

4. Tinypic.com is really easy
you can either have a free account and it'll keep track of your uploads, or you can just do them as needed. Piece of cake.
