In a doner kebab place they put the meat on a vertical spit and rotationally roast it until it's done. This takes hours, but once it's done they just slice off pieces of meat, put it in a doner roll, apply doner sauce and vegetables and serve it up. They claim it's lamb, but we all called it Doner Mystery Meat. Tasted pretty good, though.

I see no reason, at all, why you couldn't do the same thing with panda meat.
