What's for supper tonight?
We're having lime chicken, an avacado salad, rice pilaf and baked onions with peanuts.

:)

5. 7-ish.
I always cook more than we can possibly eat, except when I grill steaks, chops or burgers. Come on over. :)

That, the rice pilaf, the onions and some good, cristy hard rolls would be good, eh? Oh, and I also made coconut pie for dessert. :)

27. I've forgotten where I got the recipe
Basically, you brown two chops in an oven-proof frying pan. Remove the chops and pour out the oil. Add 1/3 cup maple syrup to the pan along with 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/8 tsp ground mace. Then add the chops back to the pan, turn to coat, and put the whole thing in the oven at 350 for about half an hour. If the syrup gets too thick on the bottom of the pan, thin it with some apple juice or water.

20. It is!
Here's the recipe should you so wish to replicate...

1 Bonless Chuck Roast
1 12 oz cup of salsa
1 24 oz beer (any kind works, but Old English 800 will help it marinate more)
2 zuccini
1 Yam
1 clove of garlic
pinch of thyme
salt, pepper

cover the roast in garlic, thyme and salt and pepper it. Then pan fry it just to lock in the juices.

Then dump the roast into a crock pot. Add beer, salsa, and chopped yam. Cook for 8-10 hours on low. During the last hour, add the zuccini.
