2. I'm torn on this,

I'd take the Ak-47, but there is the ammo issue, if I run out its a glorified bludgeoning weapon...with the katana and other melee weapons you never run of out ammo, but on the other hand, after 5 minutes of swinging it around you get tired/slower, which brings me to rule number 1:Cardio. :)


I go with the Ak-47 and hope I keep up on my ammo supply

21. When dealing with zombies, you need to make sure your strikes kill or incapacitate.

Just setting a slow moving target on fire isn't enough. Besides, it's most likely that the fire will spread to the building/field/house/shopping mall/British pub you're in, thereby cutting off your escape route. Or setting you on fire, too. Flamethrowers are only good at range, and as you well know, the zombie apocalypse will involve a large amount of close-range fighting.

Now a grenade launcher is quite effective at distance, especially if the zombies are congregating in a large group. One on one, you should empty the launcher, turn it around, and club the zombie to a pulp with it.
