so fresh that it's still dripping juice, or radish pods. Spinach is right up there, though.

10. definitely spinach
Usually raw, though sometimes sauteed with garlic and possibly put in a spinach quesadilla or mixed with pasta. I also like shred it and add it raw to pasta or to brown rice. Brown rice, garlic, some crushed walnuts and a bunch of shredded spinach with some parmesan cheese mixed in is my default meal these days. :)

But tonight I'm making spinach pie (spanakopita):

25. Mustard greens! OMG yes!
When they're in season, I use them in salads instead of lettuce. (Useless stuff, lettuce - in a salad or sandwich, I swear half the time you could substitute crunchy green paper and no one would notice). Raw spinach is another good lettuce substitute in salads and sandwiches.

Asparagus! Guacamole! Chile rellenos!

Brussels sprouts sauteed in lemon juice and garlic. :9

I am also one of the few, the proud, who LOVE lima beans.

when you inhale to clear your sinuses?

I don't like to eat that. I really prefer asparagus tips with melted cheese on 'em.

Applebee's spinach-shrimp-bacon salad and their spinach-artichoke dip.

Broccoli-bacon salad is good, too (with sunflower nuts). Yum! Good enough for holiday dinners.
