They're fixing the plumbing in the breakroom right down the hall...

...the guy is snaking the pipe and his (very loud) snaking-machine goes for minutes at a time :crazy:

PS: I'm on the 22nd floor. I hope he doesn't have to clear the line all the way to the street. :scared:
