It's Yellowfin belly packed in olive oil, for those of you in the know, you'll find the raw version as very expensive toro in a sushi bar.

It's $11.99 for a four ounce can at Wegmans, a regional, high-end grocery chain, more at the intertubes stores (believe it, or not).
