Seriously did the snow make some people brain damaged??!!

So I'm on the bus ride from HELL! It was horrible! And I'm sitting next to these 2 older ladies who basically bitched for 45 minutes (which btw this is normally a 15min bus ride). They were pissed about city services and the fact that the streets weren't all cleaned off with snow.

We had 26 inches of snow in Wilmington - WHERE THE #*#$) ARE WE SUPPOSE TO PUT ALL THAT SNOW?

2. They are apparently supposed to put it in my parking space

We have designated parking here in the condo community that I live in. Each unit gets one reserved space. I was gone when they plowed the lot after the storm and they piled as mountain of snow right in my parking spot. I mean, it will be mid-July before that shit is melted. I've called the association and they don't appear to be answering the phone or returning messages.
