3. I'm always amazed at the errors I see when I'm reading.

I'd love to be a proofreader. These were hilarious, BTW. Thanks for my laughing morning.

4. Yeah, and I've noticed books aren't proofread well any more either.

So many run on sentences, wrong words probably substituted by MS Word, etc.

I don't get it why, with the job market so soft, any publisher can't/won't find GOOD proofreaders.
