Poll question: Casey Anthony - guilty or not?
Yeah yeah I know, "I'm not on the jury so..."

But seriously - do you (a) think she did it, and if yes (b) why?

Honestly - I do not know. Certainly she was not the best mother in the world. But bad parenting does not a murderer make.

But on the other hand, you have that stain in the trunk, that child shaped and sized stain.

1. No one wants to explain their answers?

2. I think she killed her by accident....
Left her in a hot car or neglected her in some way.

I think when she sobered/came to her senses, she realized
what she had done and then got rid of the body.

I think she's mentally ill.

Murder? Not really.

But then again, I know jack shit about her.

5. Sounds like one of the more probable explanations
Definitely more probable than "a black guy did it" or "she killed her to party"

7. That was my thought too
Some sort of accident, then she panicked.

3. Who?
Edited on Tue Jan-26-10 12:01 PM by Iggo
Okay, I googled her.

That's the one Nancy Grace has had a hardon for for like a year now, right?

I have no opinion other than the mother's story stinks to high heaven.

6. I think she did it and I don't necessarily think she was mentally ill
I always find it interesting that people are so quick to label a female murderer as mentally ill but men who do the same are seen as just evil monsters. I think she was a bit of a spoiled child herself with no real sense of responsibility as a parent and whether by accident or design, she killed her kid and disposed of her body.

I don't think that makes her mentally ill - I think it makes her a self-involved, thoughtless person who committed a crime.
