One time Springsteen came on the Late Night show and they went into this 20 min long song and Conan got on a guitar and started playing to. It was pretty cool.

He also played Purple Haze by Jimi Hendrix, played and sang Creep by Radiohead, and sang Sabotage by the Beastie Boys (Edith Bunker-style).

I was disappointed that he didn't play it in the "Free Bird" finale...but I'm sure he had his reasons.
