Avatar's worth seeing a second time
It's so visually stunning and the plot moves so fast you miss things first time through. Second time, you can relax 'cause you know how it's all going to turn out can get deeper into the characters.

Yes, I'm going back a third time. IMAX was still sold out.

First he makes a SAPPY love story starring Leo so that the girls will see his movie OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again. Making him a super billionaire. Now he makes a movie with SUperfancy CGI and 3D and hot 10 foot tall alien babes and now nerds are seeing it OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again. Making him a super billionaire x3. THanks guys!

Pretty much anyone seeing it for the 3 or 4th time are just hypnotized by the 3D and CGI. I can't believe it's that easy to get someones money.

5. Some of the minor characters (mouseover spoilers)
I had thought that creepy corporate guy had had a change of heart near the end of the movie |but it was some of his staff realizing he'd gone too far. Creepy guy just looked mad that he'd been caught.|.

Tall nerd guy had a bigger role than I originally understood.

The happy couple get flirty earlier than I originally thought.

The chick's father |breaks precedent and turns the tribe over to a female (by presenting the bow) which is unprecedented. Her brother made no attempt to take it from her|.

There was time to look at some of the more intricate plant life.

The horses |have six legs|.

6. Get tix ahead of time on Fandango for IMAX
If you just show up at the theater 30 minutes before the show it'll probably be sold out. I saw it in IMAX but had to drive quite a ways, so there was no way I was chancing the movie being sold out before taking the trip. It's worth it - the IMAX is gorgeous and wholly immersive.
