Punditty reveal presidential voting record, challenges other pundits to do the same (humor)
Just as one candidate for office has been known to challenge other candidates to release their tax records, Punditty hereby challenges all pundits to reveal their voting records sometime before the midterm elections on Nov. 2, 2010.

EXAMPLE - 1984 Missouri caucuses: Gary Hart.

Reasoning: At the time, Ronald Reagan seemed like a bad combination of a B-Movie actor and willing dupe for anti-American ideologues who reinvented notions of “patriotism” to encompass hating the government and glorifying greed. In retrospect, that’s exactly what he was. Walter Mondale had all the charisma of stale toast without the jelly. Gary Hart was the only decent option.

Looking back: It was the right choice. Hart most certainly would have put up a better fight than Mondale in November. Reagan’s puppet masters got their wish – a divided America and a culture where ignorance, rage and finger-pointing can be passed off as intelligent discourse. Or at least something good for TV and radio ratings.
