Jet Lag
How is it possible to be wide awake at this hour
when I was sleepy every afternoon in India?

I really wish I didn't have to work today. :-(

1. You're just making excuses for staying up all night to see the lolcats this morning.
Admit it. :P

7. Thanks
The copy & paste doesn't always work on my iPhone. User error, I'm sure.

8. Have you tried Melatonin?
Edited on Sun Dec-27-09 06:47 AM by Rhiannon12866
It's supposed to reset your biological clock. I gave some to my mother when she went to Australia, quite a few time zones away... :hangover:

My doctor also recommended it to me for insomnia. :boring:

10. I'm sorry, that's all that I've got...
My doctor said that I could take up to 10mg., so I took up to three pills of 3mg. each. Hoping that you get some good rest. I get jet lag, too. When I came back from Russia, I was in the Twilight Zone for nearly a week... :hangover: :hi:

12. I'm so sorry. I know how it is...
When I went to London with my family, on the first night it was as if I was drugged, couldn't keep my eyes open for anything. But my grandmother, in her 80s at the time, was fine.

And coming back from Russia, it was the same thing, though I was able to get up much earlier until it wore off, a good thing for me. :-)

After I discovered the Melatonin, it did work for me, but I guess that you'll just have to give time, time. Hope you get back on schedule soon... :pals:

13. HEAVY sedation on the plane is the only thing that will help
It will only help... The rest will take 2weeks to completely clear up.
