well, i've gone into therapy

my therapist and i have developed a plan and right now i am writing my life narrative.

combining this with positive visualization of the person i want to become.

we worked through several issues with a lot of success and i am meeting with a psychiatrist to find out what drug therapy will work best for me.

hopefully i will be a compliant, self-caring, and coping employee soon. that way i won't make rash decisions and i will care more about my FICO score.
