It is coming up on 10 years in operation. Unfortunately, it was originally hosted on AOL's "home pages" and a year ago Halloween day they just shut all of them down without warning. We have all of the original files on our local machines and have been working to restore the material. A fair amount of it is back up but there is far more that still needs to be restored.

but I see that good ol' http://www.refdesk.com/">Refdesk is still around. Refdesk is a free and family friendly web site that indexes and reviews quality, credible, and current web-based reference resources.

Play with the http://www.antiquark.com/sliderule/sim/virtual-slide-rule.html">Virtual Slide Rule or the http://haxe.org/com/libs/physaxe">Haxe phsyics engine. Both are interactive animations but not games per se.

The http://www.sonic.net/~alden/">Cook's Thesaurus is fun to browse but it tends to make me hungry.
