This is strange. I know Billy Ray's day very well. He was a very loyal democrat state representative in KY for many years, as well as an executive director for AFL/CIO.

He's one of the nicest guys I've ever met....but....it sure looked like him.
Here's an excerpt from a 2001 interview BRC did in Canada:

FISH: Your president's been doing some strange things. How do you feel about it?
