Hey did you know Scrubs was still on the air?
I just found it on Hulu. It seems to be on ABC now. I havent seen it since like season 7 when it was getting real bad. Looks like some of the old cast is still there but are teachers now?

Seems like it might be worth another shot.

2. I dont know
I just watched two episodes on hulu from season 9.

Somehow they managed to keep it going and it just turned into a med school show. JD and Turk are exactly the same. Cox is funny because he is torturing new people now.

It still has its moments.

6. LOL. That was brilliant!
That's what I love about Scrubs -- it's just plain nuts. The writers will do anything for good punchline.
:)

4. moved to ABC last year.
season 8 started out great(Ed & Denise = hilarious newbies) but kinda limped its way to a pretty good "finale". The Ed character got written off, maybe because he got a better gig with 'Parks and Recreation', and Denise is now more annoying than hilarious.

fell asleep during the first ep last Tuesday....:eyes:

5. I did indeed
I must admit that when they said they were going to relaunch the show with only some of the characters, and switch to med school, I swore I wasn't going to watch it. But I caved and caught the first two eps on Hulu, and I LOVE it. I hear they're going to phase JD out slowly, over several episodes, and that should be all right (except maybe not in Turk's eyes). They've already done a reprise of "Guy Love".

I say give it another shot. It's still as funny as ever. And The Todd is still high fiving.

7. USA Today article about the new Scrubs:
http://www.usatoday.com/life/television/news/2009-12-01-Scrubs01_ST_N.htm

This season, Scrubs offers universal health coverage: returning doctors and new med students.

The ABC comedy returns tonight (9 ET/PT) with back-to-back episodes featuring familiar stars and its signature comic tone – along with an incoming class at a new locale, medical school.

Zach Braff (J.D.) is back for six of the 13 episodes, Sarah Chalke (Elliot) for four and Donald Faison (Turk) and John C. McGinley (Dr. Cox) return as regulars. Numerous other denizens of Sacred Heart Hospital will make appearances, too.

Braff was reluctant to go back, but ended up having a great time. "There was a new energy because there's lots of new writers and cast members and just a wonderful new vibe," he says. At the same time, "I think the things that people like about the show, the tone and the ability to vacillate between comedy and drama and fantasy, are still there."
