So I had a little fight with my live in girlfriend

and it is 4:30pm on a Friday.
I have to go home soon, and would prefer just to stay at work.
The fight was over... well, we have been having a hard time.
She has been making progress, but today I snapped and said some things that made her feel bad..
I snapped because I am in physical pain and haven't been sleeping good.
I saw the doctor today, to no avail.
Now I can receive medical attention (PCP, Neurologist, Rhemutologist, Physical Therapist 3x per week, and a gastroentrologist), but will have to go into debt, as each of these appointments will cost me $40.oo. Then I need to pay for meds, if scripted.
I received no pain meds today. I just received permission to go into dept with my health care providers (all under one company).
Now I just need to find some pain meds, anti-anxiety meds, and sleep meds.

And soon I will have to go home.. Hope all have a better weekend then me.
