Okay, you lurking freepers you have questions, I have answers and a thought
I was searching for online news about the accident yesterday and found some really interesting comments. Not that I owe you any explanations I thought I would answer some of the more ignorant posts and questions.

1. I normally do my laundry at home with my very own washer and dryer. Yes I actually have one because both my husband and I have good jobs and that is the sort of things one buys for their very own home. We even have a refrigerator and stove and microwave.

2. My hot tub wasn't really that expensive so it was not a "gloat post"

3. The accident really did happen but since I was not seriously injured, and there was someone who ran at the scene of the crime, the police had more important things to do than to summon the media to the scene. They actually needed to find the driver who ran probably due to the fact that he was wanted. Additionally, since the accident happened on a Saturday, there won't be any information on the police blotter until at least Monday.

4. I did not ever nor will I ever beat the cat...but it is an outdoor cat now.

5. My daughter wanted her independence as a High School graduate and breaking that bond, while it hurt, was necessary for her. We are actually very close again.

6. The "bum" that is staying with us is my husband's best friend they have known each other for 29 years. When he became down on his luck we did the CHRISTIAN thing and took him in. GASP yes we do go to church.

you know, the fact that you obsess over me is flattering (in a stalkerish kind of way) It makes me think that I get under your skin because you know I am right about the things I believe in. It gives me credit and lets me know I am on the true path.

See, the people I think are credible, I listen to. Those that I think are wrong, or just plain stupid, I don't give a second thought to unless I am trying to show them the truth.

So if you wish you may continue to stalk me and post stickies all day long about my life, go ahead it just lets me know I am doing the right thing.

1. You pretty much need a commercial washer and dryer for a big comforter.

I have a pretty good sized Maytag, but when it's time to wash bedding other than sheets/pillowcases, I head for the laundromat.

Glad you're OK, GB. That was quite a close call!

4. I guess so
They are ignorant and the comments I saw were just plain stupid.

I guess they get bothered because I post the truth and they can't take it that they are wrong about so many things.

5. It's weird, but I've heard others here
say that DUers are frequently the subject of conversation over there. I never visit there, but that is just odd as hell.

I'll have to check it out sometime.

6. I don't look at those sites because I find it exceptionally weird
to monitor the message board activities of those with whom they disagree, and then make their own belittling comments. I know some do it here, too, but I tend to skip those threads. At least we don't have whole sections of the site here dedicated to other message boards! ;)

How's your back now? I hope you're healing, both physically and emotionally.

7. I didn't know there were two of them. They are really ignorant
my back is pretty sore today. Lower back and my right shoulder. I have been using a heating pad off and on and taking low doses of pain meds and plan to call my doctor tomorrow.

emotionally, I am better but it will be a long time before I sit with my back against a window anywhere.

I slept fitfully last night and seemed like I dreamed off and on about the shattering glass.
