Why we don't milk pigs.
It all boils down to pigs having teats instead of udders. Apparently the milk should be creamy and delicious at something above 7% fat, but milking 14 teats instead of 4 udders has historically been deemed too difficult. Someone should set about inventing a pig-milking device and open the first dairy sow farm. There's great potential in this product.
