I just want a healthy baby for them. She is epileptic, takes medicine, but as I understand it, can still have a healthy baby. They both have jobs and health insurance (not the best, but it's there), so I am very grateful for that. I love them both so much.

I just recently became an aunt which was a HUGE deal for me. I only have one sibling and I never thought she would have a kid. She is 41 and her baby girl turns a year November 30. I was at the birth. I LOVE being an aunt.

So being a grandma must be super exciting....

My son is 22 and almost engaged, so I may find out about that soon as well!

To both you and the expecting parents. My first grandchild turned 1 in Sept. They live thousands of miles away and I really didn't think he knew who I was, I've held him once when he was 6 months old. Just 2 days ago I was web camming with my son, his son crawled up on his lap and looked at the pc screen. When my son asked him who was on the screen he replied " Hi Nanny" Sweetest words my ears have heard since my son said MaMa for the first time. Enjoy, cherish and love what will be happening to you.
