4. Not for everyone it wasn't!!
That reminded me of a John Stewart joke when there was universal outrage over what Obama said in Europe. They were saying he went there to bash Obama and while Obama was honest about the US diplomatic relations he was also critical of Europe as well saying there was an anti-American attitudes.

Stewart's joke was "It was the best of times.... Not for everyone it wasn't!"
