:grr:

(Getting pissed at a cartoon character's a step up from getting pissed at a person, isn't it?...right?...please?)

2. The last time I was that upset at Adult Swim was when I saw Assy McGee.
A walking pair of buttocks fighting crime in New Hampshire might work as a 90 second sketch on a show, but did they really need to make an entire series out of it?

3. I kinda liked Assy, even though it was pretty stupid.
This new dumb show seems to be on every night right at secondbeer-o'clock, and then I get all angried up at the cartoon guy and want to kick his fictional ass. But I can't stop watching once it's on! Like a parrot who hates a broom and wants to find it and shred it apart, I become transfixed by the object of my rage.

Then I stay up too late, start falling asleep at the keyboard, and publish posts with dumbass mistakes in 'em because my chin hit the enter button at the wrong time.

Cartoon asshole! I'll kick his ass!

Tucker

5. Adult Swim properties are often vexing on purpose.
They are stretching the boundaries of what is possible in televised media.

Whether those boundaries NEEDED stretching is up to the individual.

(Yesterday I was laughing about the ATHF movie, how it built up and up and then completely threw out its main premise for something cooler. Purposeful, irritating, hilarious.)

6. Is it the same cartoon with thalidomide lake?
Edited on Sat Oct-10-09 02:02 PM by JonLP24
I know there is a certain cartoon that is on really late pushes the limits with bizarre stuff.

I think I found the name of the show.

In the animated show Drawn Together, the UPS driver is thrown out of the Satan Mobile by Princess Clara into Thalidomide Lake, and is surrounded by deformed flippers.

8. Drawn Together is not an Adult Swim show.
Adult Swim has higher standards.

11. Tim and Eric is one of the greatest comedy sketch shows since Monty Python.
OK, maybe not. But it's better than any Comedy Central programming.

17. THANK YOU!!!
Tim 'n Eric is the lamest FUCKING show on the planet. I've seen funnier stuff on cable access.

"Robot Chicken", on the other hand, is the best reason to watch Adult Swim.
