My daughter has to see a specialist to keep a chronic illness in check. Her doctor here gave us a name for a doctor near her school, and I made an appointment last June for October - the earliest they could get her in. I reminded her of the appointment yesterday and she was all set. She checked the address on Google, but when she got there, it was to find out that he'd changed practices and now was 5 miles away . By the time she got to the right office, she was too late so now she won't be seen until November. I checked myself and found ten sites with the old address before I stopped counting.

I am surprised that the specialist's office does not tell people their address when they make appointments for exactly that reason. How do they expect Patients to know where they are if they don't tell people?
