At first I thought it was funny in a "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse on Clydesdales" sort of way, but now I realize how sad it is.

All of the makeovers are extremely physically attractive people, who still aren't satisfied. So they want to go the next level, they want to become Brad Pitt, Pam Anderson, etc.

Most likely when they become them, they will still not be satisfied...
